CHEREAU has been recognised for the great quality and high level of performance of its products for more than 65 years. Nevertheless, perfectly natural demand from its customers occasionally drives the company to improve certain solutions, and a dedicated team is available to listen to all comments and requests. A warranty claim form is available in the customer area. CHEREAU provides a 12-month warranty for its new vehicles, covering parts and labour, with no restriction on mileage. This warranty applies on condition that clients have adhered to the use and maintenance instructions issued and presented when their vehicle is delivered. Warranties for refrigeration units, tailgates and axles are provided directly by partner suppliers.
After-sales service is provided across Europe. CHEREAU's Service Centres undertake to use parts covered by the CHEREAU genuine parts guarantee, to train their repair and maintenance teams in accordance with the manufacturer's standards and to adhere to the shortest possible service times for immobilised vehicles, for a total commitment to the benefit of the customers.
